… if you’ve got a line, you’re trying to make sure you’re going to make a cut to follow that line, you have to get your eyes—or your nose, really—right in the middle of that line, between the line and the blade. If you’re over here [indicates up, above the cutting surface] then it’s not going to be accurate.
